Well he's just going to rot for a year then.There's more value in loaning out the fringe players and trying to get mileage out of them as opposed to terminating Dier's contract.
Regardless of that we knew Dier was sticking around at the start of the Summer anyway, moving him out doesn't move the needle for us plus we don't even know if Dier would be happy to take that deal, by all accounts it seems like he's happy to sit on his contract until next Summer.
