I don’t know exactly what I was expecting out of this game, but that half sure as hell wasn’t it.

totaly asvhis on yellow after losing the ball then fouling courtinhio. What the hell are we doing? We can go clear in 4 th yet have played as if we don’t give a shit. Not one player has bust a gut. Everyone making silly fouls, giving the ball away and just playing too slow. Can’t believe we have sat back and just let them come at us. All we have done is hit a few hopefule long balls. Seems like no energy in the team or lead in their boots. Think we need Lucas on to inject some pressing and urgency.

It's always gonna be difficult to play against teams that come out as aggressive as this but that's when you need your better players to show composure and make the difference when we get the ball.

Kulu and Bentancur having their worst games since joining. Kane has been ponderous and Son a ghost after that great goal.

Surely Villa's intensity will start to wane. Get that next goal and we kill it.

Hugo and hojbjerg are the only players worth a wank so far in that half. Lucky to be ahead been completely dominated and lucky villa's finishing has been so poor. That being said the ref has been so fucking weak and he's giving them everything everytime they throw themselves to the floor.

Yeah basically everyone has been poor. Kane is having one of those games where he believes the playmaker hype a bit too much and refuses to make simple progressive passes. He holds the ball until its clear the Hollywood pass isn't on then passes it back, destroying our momentum
