WOW!! He never let’s us down does he. What a man and what a player. To just hear him enthuse and talk about spurs and what it meant to wear our shirt is simply amazing. I wish that every current and future spurs player could listen to this, in fact, before anyone signs for us they should be made to listen to this! I’m old enough and lucky enough to have watched him play, so take it from me, he was all that!!
One thing from the interview that stands out is the pride, respect and passion everyone had to play for spurs and be part of this amazing club of ours. At every level too. Maybe that’s just modern football now for you. But I long for our club to go back to that. And in my opinion it has to start at the top with the owners and chairman, they are not up to it they have shown little appreciation of where this club has come from and what we stand for. Can you imagine any of our players or management talking about spurs like milky does?
Micky hazard is what spurs is about.
